Allen Madelin lawyers defend interests of individuals

Public law, governing mostly states’ interests, is seriously different from private law which concerns the individual rights and freedoms.

Three years ago, Me Marie Madelin created Allen Madelin Inc. Her family is living in Montréal for seventeen years already, and her three children study in a school in the Le Plateau neighboorhood. Marie Madelin is a lawyer, a businesswoman, a mother. She is also very implicated in local life being a part of the SDSL (Société du Boulevard Saint-Laurent). This is why the guiding principle of Me Madelin’s vision for Allen Madelin Inc is focused on actual, dynamic cooperation. This is why Me Madelin created a small boutique law firm, as she wanted to create her company with a personal touch, close to people. We have nice and safe atmosphere where we are happy to welcome you with all your delicate questions.

Lady Justice usually appear blind because particular vision is created by lawyers who live by justice in their everyday life. Me Marie Madelin, Me Dorin Holban and Me Tim Gagin lend you their own unique perspective on Quebec legal system in order to defend your best interests. What would better work for justice than defending you?

In 2018, we participated to the Mural Festival of Montreal. To us, Lady Justice is not just an abstract allegory but rather a symbol of every day where justice is not hidden behind thick walls but easily approachable even on the streets.

Lady Justice
Lady Justice has a sword in her hands to symbolize both the willpower and working skills of our lawyers when they stand up for you. At Allen Madelin, we force ourselves to defend your rights with unstoppable determination, whether your situation request mediation only or needs representation in front of Quebec courts.
