Phone consultation with a lawyer: we are open ! Even in this difficult period one needs a lawyer sometimes: be it for child custody, divorce, employment law questions or anything else.
Allen Madelin law firm, located in Montreal, continues to help its clients. To adapt to the new reality, we are offering now phone and video consultations instead of personal meetings.
The process is simple: call us at 514-904-4017 or by email: [email protected]. Our legal assistant will take preliminary information for your consultation: what is the area of law you are going to ask questions in, what documents you can prepare and send in advance, etc. Then our legal assistant will make you an appointment with one of our lawyers for a nearest time slot available, at your convenience.
During the phone or video consultation, you could explain your problem to a lawyer and discuss your choice of strategies with him (her).
Our lawyers are quite experienced in phone consultations. In fact, we work often with clients abroad or in another province of Canada. Phone or video conference calls have proven themselves useful and definitely more efficient than some long email exchange, which might take a lot of time.
This kind of legal consultation is particularly convenient for those clients who are extremely busy and prefer not to lose time on city traffic.
If, nevertheless, you would prefer a personal meeting with a lawyer, our office is open from 9am to 5 pm. Exceptionally, when it comes, for example, to the rights of senior people, we can come to your place.
We offer your first consultation for just $125, which is equally applicable for a phone or video consultation. First consultation lasts usually up to one hour. It is important to know that this one-time consultation is not binding. Our lawyer will answer your questions and give some advice. It is up to you to decide if you would want to hire our law firm to take care of your case.
