During the phone or video consultation, you could explain your problem to a lawyer and discuss your choice of strategies with him (her).
Our lawyers are quite experienced in phone consultations. In fact, we work often with clients abroad or in another province of Canada. Phone or video conference calls have proven themselves useful and definitely more efficient than some long email exchange, which might take a lot of time.
